"BOO!"This is a dancing devil. They come out every so often and they put on quite a show. People are usually afraid of them and will keep their distance (just look at the guy). Most times they are on stilts and dance around while people give them money. This dancing devil tried to get close to president. Everyone moved out of the way, except for the presidential guards and me. I snapped this photo as he swooped down to threaten me. Fantastic photo op.
