Here is a bill board that I drive by everyday. I pity the person who gets caught in the mob. In Rwanda I saw a man running down the street at full speed. Then i saw a mob coming after him with bricks in their hands. The man was caught and they were about to finish him off, thankfully there were a few level headed people in the crowd and he wasn't killed that day. Here in Liberia I have heard of several people being killed.
