Here me roar!

This photo was taken on Saturday after seeing an apparent sea turtle swimming just off of the beach near Anna's house. First of all, Anna woke us up to tell us that there was a sea turtle really close off shore. I stumbled out of bed and we looked at this turtle "slowly, oh so slowly" make its way out to sea. I swore it was a narwhal, but no one believed me.

We walked away after hypothesizing about the potential plight of our sea turtle. A few hours later and with the tide a few feet lower, we discovered to our greatest shagrin that we were fools. The rocks are beautiful just off the shore.
