A quote from Persia

This is what Xerxes stated in a moment of ravished delight at what he had acheived:

"I am Xerxes, the great king, king of kings, king of countries containing all kinds of men, king of this great far and wide, and son of Darius the Achaemenid."

I hope I never get to the point of saying something with such bravado.
